Welcome! I am a cheerleader at heart, and I especially love what I do as a spiritual director. Since I was a child, I have felt drawn to encouraging others to see who they are spiritually and who God is.
I’m a middle-aged Black American, CisHet woman, born and raised in the Midwestern US with deeply Southern roots. An actively engaged godparent of three young adults, my practice includes companioning Black women, Indigenous and Women of Color; deconstruction; and creative and imaginative play.
