Rev. Dr. Paula M. Payne, DMin in Spiritual Direction and MDiv in Pastoral Ministry, is a retired U. S. Air Force chaplain with thirty-five years of service and elder in the Global Methodist Church. Dr. Payne was a pastor for thirteen years and is clinically trained as a hospital chaplain. Dr. Payne attributes her understanding of pluralism to global travel and being a missionary for the Lord. She is certified with the State of Texas and Texas Veterans Commission as a small business owner.
