Dr. Proctor N. Beard, Sr. is the senior pastor of First Shiloh Baptist Church, Mechanicsville, Virginia. He earned a Doctor of Ministry degree from the Samuel DeWitt Proctor School of Theology at Virginia Union University, Richmond. He is a certified Spiritual Director and serves as a faculty member for Healing Care Ministries Certificate in Spiritual Formation and the Art of Spiritual Direction Program, Ashland, OH.
